Do we accept insurance?

-Why We Don’t Take Insurance
At our wellness clinic, we prioritize personalized, high-quality care that is often difficult to provide within traditional insurance constraints.

Here’s why we operate outside insurance:
1. Individualized 1:1 Care: Insurance often limits the time and attention providers can spend with each patient. By not taking insurance, we can focus entirely on you, tailoring treatments, labs, and therapies to your unique health goals.
2. Access to Advanced Therapies: Some of the most effective wellness treatments—like hormone optimization, peptide therapy, and HCG—are not always covered by insurance. Operating outside insurance allows us to offer cutting-edge therapies safely and legally.
3. Transparency & Flexibility: Without insurance restrictions, you know exactly what you’re paying for each visit or service, with no surprise bills or confusing coding.
4. Better Health Outcomes: By removing insurance limitations, our providers can spend more time listening, assessing, and adjusting your plan, leading to more effective and lasting results.
5. Focus on Wellness, Not Billing: Our goal is your long-term health, not paperwork. We invest in time, technology, and resources to support proactive and preventive care—something traditional insurance rarely prioritizes.

We provide personalized, preventative care designed to optimize your health beyond standard coverage.

* With that being said: Some treatments can be partially covered. Prescriptions like estrogen, progesterone and thyroid can be sent to your local pharmacy, allowing you to use your insurance benefits. Please note that testosterone for women and peptide therapies are not covered by insurance.

**We also offer the option to use your insurance for lab work via a LabCorp near you. However, we cannot guarantee coverage, therefore many of our patients opt to use our contracted self-pay rate so there are no billing surprises.

Are there any cancellation fees?
* No, we don’t charge cancellation fees. You are free to start or stop treatment at any time. However, if you are currently in a medication cycle prescribed by our team, payment is required through the end of that cycle. As healthcare professionals, our priority is to ensure safe and effective use of any prescribed medications, including proper follow-up and care.

Can I change my hormone therapy if it’s not right for me?
* Absolutely! Your wellness journey is unique, and hormone therapy is not one-size-fits-all. As your healthcare partner, we’re here to help you find the therapy that works best for your body and lifestyle. Our base wellness membership and ongoing follow-up care ensure we can adjust your treatment as needed—because we don’t stop until you feel your best.
